Introduction

Welcome to Ishta Gurukul Preschool! By accessing or using our services, including enrolling your child at our preschool, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Enrollment and Admission

  • Eligibility: Ishta Gurukul Preschool accepts children aged 2.5 to 5 years, and admission is based on availability and meeting our requirements.

  • Admission Process: Parents or guardians must complete the admission form and provide required documents such as birth certificates, medical records, and identification proof.

  • Payment: Payment for enrollment, fees, and other services must be made in full according to the school's fee structure. We accept payments via [list of accepted payment methods].

2. Fees and Payment

  • Fee Structure: The preschool fees are charged annually. Fees are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to parents in advance.

  • Late Fees: Any outstanding payments beyond 10 days will incur a late fee of 200INR.

  • Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable except in cases where the child’s enrollment is canceled by the preschool prior to the start of the term.

3. School Hours and Holidays

  • School Hours: Ishta Gurukul operates from 8am to 6pm on Monday to Saturday.

  • Holidays: The preschool will be closed on public holidays and other scheduled breaks. A list of holidays will be provided at the start of the year/term.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  • Drop-off and Pick-up: Parents are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up of their child. Children should not be left unattended on school premises.

  • Communication: Parents must provide updated contact information to the school. Any change in health or emergency contact details should be notified immediately.

  • Behavior: Parents are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior when interacting with staff, other parents, and children at the preschool.

5. Health and Safety

  • Medical Information: Parents must provide accurate medical records and inform the preschool of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.

  • Sick Children: Children who are unwell should not attend preschool. Parents must inform the school of any illnesses, and children may be asked to stay home if they exhibit symptoms of contagious diseases.

  • Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, the preschool will contact the parent/guardian using the provided contact details. If the situation requires immediate medical attention, the preschool will take necessary action, including seeking medical care.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful Environment: Ishta Gurukul is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Any form of discrimination, bullying, or harassment by staff, parents, or children will not be tolerated.

  • Disciplinary Actions: If a child’s behavior is disruptive or harmful, we will work with parents to find a solution. Serious incidents may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment, based on the severity.

7. Photography and Media Consent

By enrolling your child at Ishta Gurukul, you consent to the use of your child's photographs and videos for promotional materials, social media, and other forms of media related to the preschool. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Personal Injury: Ishta Gurukul is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs while on the preschool premises, except in cases of negligence by the preschool staff.

  • Force Majeure: Ishta Gurukul will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other events.

9. Amendments to Terms

Ishta Gurukul reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents and guardians, and the revised terms will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legal processes in Karnataka.
